Our AAA Alberta grain fed beef is aged and cut in the store to ensure tender, juicy and flavourful cuts. At Seafair Gourmet Meats you can get your beef cut fresh the way you want it and then trimmed to perfection.

Whether a Baron of Beef, Prime Rib, Boneless Cross Rib, or Sirloin Tip roast - roasts are easy to prepare, with very little prep time - they basically cook by themselves. We can cut any roast to your exact specifications.

Our selections of ground beef are so versatile that when it comes to cooking, the possibilities are endless! Our Lean ground beef is less than 14% fat, and our Extra Lean ground beef is less than 7% fat - which is much lower than national standards. We also have an excellent Meatloaf mix which makes superb meatloaf, meat ball or Tortiere dishes.

Pork

At Seafair Gourmet Meats we select our fresh local Fraser Valley pork for size and tenderness, trim it to perfection - you’re guaranteed the best tasting, most tender pork available. And were famous for our thick cut bacon!

We have a great selection of marinated pork loin chops that come in these great flavours: Rosemary & Garlic, Santa Cruz with lime, Teriyaki and Jambalaya. They are perfect for preparing a quick meal.

For larger crowds or special occasions choose one of our pork roasts or hams. At Seafair Gourmet meats we will prepare and trim your pork roast to your specifications. Our pork tenderloin is a favourite because we choose the best cuts, we carefully remove the silver skin, and we can butterfly it for you so it is ready for stuffing! Lamb

At Seafair Gourmet Meats we bring our fresh local lamb in and age it in our store to guarantee the best flavour. We buy only the best quality and bring in small batches to make sure you get the freshest product available.

Our lamb chops - either loin or french rib - are perfect for entertaining. They cook in moments, lend themselves to beautiful presentations, and the meat is tender and succulent.

When our lamb shanks are slowly braised in the oven the meat will be falling-off-the-bone tender. Our ustomers tell us that our shanks are the perfect serving size - plan on one lamb shank per person.

Buffalo

At Seafair Gourmet Meats we bring in our Buffalo exclusively from the Hanson Bison Ranch where they raise their buffalo with no growth hormones, antibiotics, are fed no animal by-products, and are grain finished to ensure consistent top quality. With bison it is important to remember that the meat is extra lean, and will cook more quickly than other red meats.

Our cuts of buffalo with thier sweet, robust flavour will lend to a unique and flavourful dining experience. Our bison is a healthy alternative to other red meats - when compared to beef it is leaner, with less cholesterol and has 3 times more iron.

At Seafair Gourmet Meats we make all of our wide range of sausages fresh, in house - using the finest ingredients and traditional methods. Remember to place your fresh turkey order well before the holiday season to prevent dissappointment! If you are buying to have left overs the next day, aim at one and a half pound per serving - in other words, a turkey serving 10 people with leftovers would be about 15 pounds. If you are feeding a really big crowd, you’re better off buying 2 12-pound turkeys than one 25-pound size because smaller birds roast more efficiently, plus you’ll get 4 legs, 4 thighs and 4 wings, making it easier to cater to people’s preferences!
